Arts Grants - Guidelines & Application Form    

Residents and groups based in South Aberdeenshire (the area formerly known as Kincardine & Deeside District) may apply for advance funding for a range of arts activities and events, for equipment purchases, tuition expenses, and other purposes.

The K & D Arts Forum receives annual grants from Aberdeenshire Council in order to carry out its work of promoting the Arts in South Aberdeenshire. £12,000 is available each year to give to individuals or groups to help their development. Last financial year almost £11,000 was donated. So far this year £6000 has been donated by way of 10 personal development grants and 5 programme support grants.

The size of the grant varied from as little as £150 to as much as £650.

Grant Applications are considered 4 time a year. Forthcoming deadlines for applications are 17th June, 6th August, 11th November 2008 and 3rd February 2009.
